OSDIA Annual General Meeting
Owen Sound Downtown Improvement Area members* are invited to join us on February 23, 2010 for our Annual General Meeting.
Please join us for this important meeting. It’s a great way to stay informed, get involved, have some fun, and network with fellow Downtown businesses and key stakeholders.
This annual DIA members meeting will take place at Nathaniel’s Restaurant (215 8th Street East) and is free to OSDIA members*.

The 2010 Annual General Meeting will include an opening reception where attendees can gather and chat before the meeting is formally called to order.
The short Business meeting that follows will include a brief introduction by the DIA Manager as well as an annual address from the Chair and a 2009 financial report from the Treasurer.
Immediately following the formal meeting, you will be invited to join your fellow DIA members for some hot and cold hors d’oeuvres served by Nathaniel’s Restaurant, while you enjoy the music of Paul Danard.
* This offer is available to members of the Owen Sound Downtown Improvement Area which is defined as merchants, businesses and professionals operating within the DIA boundaries: 11th Street East (to the north), 7th Street East (to the south), the Sydenham River (to the west), and 4th Avenue East (to the east).
