After 19 shows and more than 50 musicians, the original Knox Acoustic Cafe music series was canceled in mid-2009.  After lots of feedback and many special request, this popular folk & blues music series is back with a limited 2010 schedule.

• Bob Dylan Rocking Acoustic Cafe - Saturday March 20, 2010

This tribute concert features Steve Ritchie, Richard Knechtel, Beckon, Larry Jensen, Tara MacKenzie, Bryan Leckie & the Maggie’s Farm House Band.  Tickets are $15 are are available online at www.knoxacousticcafe.ca or in Downtown Owen Sound at the Downtown Bookstore or Fromager Music.  This cafe style event will be held in the basement of Knox United Church (4th Avenue East at 9th Street East).  Proceeds of this event will go to the Owen Sound Community Food Band and Knox United Church.  (This event is a co-production of Knox Acoustic Cafe and Peanut Butter Jam).

• Dala – November 6, 2010

The only Canadian act invited to play at the 50th anniversary of the famed Newport Folk Festival, Dala makes a return appearance to Knox Acoustic Cafe.  This two time Summerfolk smash hit, Dala performed to a near sell out crowd at Knox back in May 2008 and have enjoyed huge success across North America since.  Dala will perform in the acoustically stunning main hall at Knox United later this year.  More information at www.knoxacousticcafe.ca.
