Owen Sound is a Celebration Community for the 2010 Olympic Torch relay. The Olympic Torch arrives in Owen Sound Monday, December 28, 2009.

While taking place in Vancouver, Richmond and Whistler, the 2010 Vancouver Olympics are being billed as “Canada’s Games”. The City of Owen Sound is honoured to have been chosen as a Olympic Torch Relay Celebration Community and is proud to be given the opportunity to host the Olympic flame!
