After a successful inaugural year on the Owen Sound harbour (2009), the art banner project has recently received Owen Sound City Council approval for expansion to Owen Sound’s mainstreet Downtown (2nd Avenue East).

Under the direction of the volunteer run Owen Sound Art Banner Committee, and with the support of the Owen Sound Downtown Improvement Area, and the City of Owen Sound, a new series of 48 art banners will be raised in the Downtown this spring. Details are still being finalized and we expect to have more information available by late March.
