The Women’s Health & Fitness Centre is home to the areas only fully equipped Pilates Studio offering Stott Pilates ™ group classes on the Reformer, Stability Chair, Cadillac and Ladder Barrel.

There are a variety of membership and session packages available to help women achieve their fitness and health goals. Whether you are looking for group exercise, a program with cardio and weights, or pilates programming, our facility has something for everyone.

Business hours: Monday to Thursday 6am-8pm; Friday 6am-6pm; Saturday 7am-12pm
