Shop & Dine in Downtown Owen Sound - DIA BIA offers Downtown Gift CertificatesGift Certificates are available in $5 and $20 denominations and are available at the Owen Sound Downtown Improvement Area office at 854 2nd Avenue East, in Owen Sound (during regular business hours).

(At this time, we can only accept cash or certified cheque as payment for the gift certificates.)
